POSTE

As an In Store Visual Merchandiser, you will be a key member of the Visual Merchandising team. You will manage all categories of Venice store, implementing guidelines in line with our Visual Merchandising strategy. This role will be reporting directly to the Store Manager and functionally to the Area Visual Merchandiser.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Guarantee the achievement of business objectives through VM activities, keeping the right balance between business focus and LV image
- Involve the Team in Boutique on VM local strategy
- Strong collaboration with Area Visual Merchandiser

PROFIL

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience and passion for VM
- Strong orientation to the internal client
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Strong aesthetic sense
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and competitors
- Sensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Flexibility and availability to work also overnight
