**Job Description Summary**: The Aero Joint Venture Asset Management (AM) S&OP manager will lead all aspects of forecasting, planning, prioritization and capacity check for all refurbished/lease/new reconfigured engines and overhauled hot sections modules to support the operations of the Aero JV (50/50 owned by Baker Hughes and GE Vernova).

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Forecasting & planning of AM streams related hardware (Refurbished/Lease engines and rotable modules) and new engines re-configuration stream for the AAJV.
- Contribute to establish standard processes for channel inputs collection on engines/rotables and reconfigurations forecast and support automation through systems / Smartsheet tools
- Implement a 3-5 years out plan SOP close loop based on channel forecast demand to support future supply capacity and strategic inventory decisions to align demand/supply working with AM team in the AAJV
- Work closely with the SOP repair network leader to align the shop visits master schedule with the additional demand coming from AM and new engines reconfiguration events
- Work closely with parts forecasting/planning team to signal incremental parts demand to support variation in the AM/reconfigurations volume.
- Establish forecast/prioritization processes & operating rhythms with channels, AAJV and in line with JV value streams and align sales and operations plan with financial forecast
- Lead the demand/supply SOP reviews with channels/AAJV leaderships
- Maintain KPI’s on forecast accuracy, carcass return time and other indicators as needed.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or related field of study from an accredited college or university
- Minimum experience in operations, fulfillment or strategic planning
- Demonstrable competence in supply chain management principles and practices, shop operations, material management in a manufacturing environment
- Operational experience managing a mid to large ecosystems of stakeholders (Channels, AAJV, GE Aerospace)
- Team worker driving processes & change management

**Desired Characteristics**
- Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic business environment
- Experience that demonstrates technical knowledge and understanding of Gas Turbine systems - Aeroderivatives is an advantage
- Experience in operational role with Aero derivatives products
- Self-directed with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Displays good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate well with internal and external customers
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent quality certification
- APICS certified
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives
- PC Proficiency
- Develops a strong team and breeds positive moral
- Understands business objectives and drives specific tasks required to meet the objectives
- Understands products, capabilities and limitations in sufficient detail to be able to develop offerings that meet customer needs
- Communicates the business vision effectively in an open and consistent manner
- Encourages input from all members of the team

- Measures processes and performance through the customer's eyes
