As part of the CEO staff at our headquarters in Tolentino, this position will be responsible to assist the CEO and senior executives in the project management and execution of key initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives.

**Main activities and accountabilities**:
Act as a central point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders,
Guarantee accurate project planning, defining projects scope and timeline, and ensure communication among the interested parties about progress status, achievements, risks, changes and all the relevant project information.
Prepare presentation materials for the CEO.
Generate reports to identify potential improvements in day-to-day business with a cross-functional approach.
Support strategic planning in anticipating, whenever possible, business evolution and proactively share best-practices and business insights across services.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
At least 3 years’ experience as PMO/ Business Analyst roles preferably in structured consulting companies
Fluent English both spoken and written.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
