**Posizione**:
Alpinestars is looking for Mechanical Designer to join the Airbag and Electronic R&D design group.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Guarantee the design and manufacture of the mechanical part of airbag products, respecting the timing and the technical target assigned.
- Design and simulate the pneumatic behavior of airbag inflatable devices.
- Support the Apparel area in designing the appropriate airbag liners, assuring the appropriate testing, the materials definition and the product certification.
- Assure the realization and the correct archiving of the necessary documentation for the designed/produced components, and the BOM management of the products.
- Interface with Quality and Production for the defective parts management and the improvement of product quality.
**Requisiti**:
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous working experience -2/3 years
- gained in mechanical/material design
- Technical Competences: 2D/3D CAD (CATIA preferred) FEM simulation BOM and product Lifecycle management Plastic Materials knowledge Textiles knowledge Pneumatic Knowledge Mechatronic and Electro-technical background preferred.
- Passionate and innovative
- Team work oriented
- Good level of English, written and spoken.
