WELCOME HOST _ CHINESE SPEAKER _ HIGH WATCHES LUXURY BOUTIQUE _ ROMA
Sarai inserito/a all'interno di prestigiosa Boutique di un brand Luxury dedicato al prodotto di alta orologeria di lusso nel centro di Roma.
Di cosa ti dovrai occupare?
- Gestirai la prima accoglienza al cliente, fornendo un servizio fortemente consulenziale e personalizzato, attraverso una client discovery approfondita
- Ti occuperai della presa di appuntamenti e del supporto ed affiancamento allo staff di vendita, contribuendo a far vivere al cliente una eccellente retail experience
- Gestirai eventuali complaints

Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche?
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione all'interno di negozi di alto livello, caratterizzati da vendita assistita e forte attenzione al cliente;
sarà valutata positivamente una provenienza da contesti di alto livello di lusso nel segmento Hospitality e Hotellerie/Conciergerie
- Orientamento al cliente ed alla fidelizzazione della clientela;
- Ottimo standing, solarità e predisposizione al lavoro in team;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
sarà considerato un plus la conoscenza della lingua cinese
**Orario di lavoro**:
Full Time - da lunedì a domenica secondo turnazione, 5/7
**Offerta Contrattuale**:
contratto a tempo determinato diretto con Azienda Cliente di 6 mesi con prospettiva sul lungo periodo. Inquadramento a partire dal 4° livello del CCNL del commercio, RAL commisurata all’esperienza maturata, ticket restaurant da 12 euro e incentivi al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
