- Le tue responsabilità:
- Organizzazione dei corsi obbligatori sulla sicurezza per ciascun dipendente (formazione generale e specifica, primo soccorso e antincendio) e i relativi aggiornamenti secondo la normativa vigente.
- Garantire la formazione di tutti i dipendenti dell'azienda, gestione degli attestati e nomine squadre emergenza mensili.
- Contatto con i fornitori esterni e gestione delle criticità in materia di formazione obbligatoria.
- Evasione delle ricerche del personale di filiale, su indicazione dei rispettivi manager, attraverso il gestionale aziendale
- Collaborazione ai progetti di sviluppo e formazione del personale in ambito trasversale; anche in collaborazione con la casa madre tedesca.
- Redazione di mansionari, schede di valutazione e altri strumenti necessario per la gestione e lo sviluppo del personale.
- Il tuo profilo:
- Diploma di maturità.
- Richiesta mínima esperienza nella mansione.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca o inglese.
- Ottima organizzazione e capacità di problem solving.
