**The Role**

Intesa (a company of the Kyndryl Group), as part of its path of growth and positioning as a pole of innovation and digital transformation, is looking for a **Project Manager**to manage projects for both external and internal customers, concerning processes and tools supporting the company's business.

**Main activities**:

- Identification of the project governance strategy;
- Drafting and monitoring of project plans;
- Preparation and governance of internal/external project SALs;
- Monitoring of deadlines, job margins and final balance;
- Support and contribution to the design of the solution;
- Management of any critical issues, proposing suitable solutions to ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets;
- Management of evolutionary requests during project supervision activities;
- Optimisation of delivery phases guaranteeing efficient performance and quality;
- Proactive identification of dependencies;
- Identification of risks and identification of actions to mitigate them;
- Verification that project objectives are achieved and that all players are doing their job correctly.
- have previous experience in project management;
- be able to prepare with the internal team and personally manage a project plan both internally and towards clients;
- be able to prepare and update project SALs;
- possesses a natural determination and predisposition to achieve objectives;
- analyse a problem from different points of view, identifying one or more alternative solutions and guiding the implementation of the solution.

**The profile is completed by**:

- Diploma or Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar;
- Good knowledge of the English language.
