We are looking for a **Pre Series Center (PSC) Electr(on)ics and operation Leader** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of PSC.

You will be responsible to follow and influence the new products development from Industrial Area perspective (Design For Assembly) for Electr(on)ics functional issues and will directly take part to the proto and pre-series assembly phases, being responsible for pre-series and series analysis and problem solving for Electr(on)ics issues.

**You will**:

- Evaluate and influence on product assembly concepts and solutions, by working closer to the R&D Department during the product development phase
- Take part in SET meetings to align assembly and functional demands to emerging development/modification issues
- Analyse pre-series product problems for electrical, electronics and functional issues, starting and driving problem solving process involving Quality, R&D, and Production and including definition of possible backup solutions
- Participate directly to the proto assembly and electronic setting phase in development area
- Take part in the pre-series assembly phase in production as responsible for problem solving
- Manage collection, reporting and follow up of assembly complaints for issues from virtual (DMU) phase, through proto, pre-series and series
- Manage collection, reporting and follow up functional complaints for issues from virtual (DMU) phase, through proto, pre-series and series debug
- Cooperate with Manufacturing Engineering counterpart in definition and setup of specific assembly and testing tooling
- Provide series production analysis and support, including the active participation to the problem solving process for series

**About you**
- University degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electric, Mechatronic, Mechanics, Automotive)
- At least 2 years of xperience in a similar role within the Automotive or Agriculture
- English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of automotive components manufacturing, design for assembly, high voltage systems and electr(on)ical diagnostic measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope etc..)
- Knowledge of advanced vehicle diagnostics, including analog and digital acquisition data interpretation (capacity to read and understand log can-traces etc..)
- Experience in advanced Electr(on)ics and functional analysis (drawings interpretations, vehicle electronic and functional diagnostics, electrical wiring, vehicle end of line systems, advanced electrical/electronic measurements
- Problem solving attitude, analytical skills, team work and target oriented
- Process orientation and lesson learned approach
- Relational and negotiation skills
- Availability to travel
