**What we're looking for**:
As an Associate Value Advisor you will be in a customer-facing role that operates as a business consultant that works with Citrix salespeople, solution engineers (SE), and other value advisors to communicate the business value of Citrix solutions to customers. The role focuses on conducting research and analysis on industries and organizations (customers) to build a quantifiable case for change.

**Primary Responsibilities**

The primary duties for the position include but are not limited to:

- Complete Business Cases for Customers_
- Capture specific customer objectives and quantify business value of Citrix solutions.
- Interview and educate customers about sources of business benefits
- Assist senior Value Advisors in strategic accounts
- Prepare Business Reviews for Salespeople_
- Generate business reviews of customers for salespeople using public sources and proprietary databases.
- Provide basic analysis and insights of customer needs regarding Citrix technology
- Develop and Maintain Content & Toolsets for Value Advisory_
- Perform market/industry analysis and develop insight reports
- Oversee development of Value Advisory collateral including interview guides, value calculators, business case presentation decks, and business review reports.
- Work with other Value Advisors to contribute to develop new customer value cases.

- Ability to present and discuss business and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Effectively multitask between initiatives with mínimal oversight.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Strong communication skills

Technology Experience
- Experience with IT / Business alignment issues including reporting success metrics
- Strong understanding of technology fundamentals; Citrix technology experience preferred

**Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)**

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years industry experience in sales, sales engineering, or consulting

Physical Demands / Work Environment
- Work from home/anywhere
- Travel to Citrix offices, when required (expect once every three months)
