Infrastructure Project Leader

We are looking for a **Project manager **to be insert in our **infrastructure **team (building, clean room, utilities...). The person wil coordinate the infrastructure project assigned and the relevant internal and external stakeholder involved, in terms of building/plants/facilities, achieving expected results on time, in full, at cost, according to all applicable standards, regulatory requirements and all the other guidelines and company procedures in order ensure the service level required and the efficiency and effectiveness of buildings and facilities, according to the leader above. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** - Coordinates the new building/plants/facilities projects, including the cleanroom construction / revamping, ensures the project outcomes are accurate and consistent according with the technical and legal specifications, requirements, economics, timing, targets and standards with a mínimal disruption to normal business actives. - Evaluates and revises, the current state of the infrastructures, identifying areas for improvement and providing input to the leader above, in order to progressively and sustainably adapt the infrastructure level to all the applicable standards, regulatory requirements, guidelines and company procedures. - Conducts technical assessment and audit evaluating the compliance of existing plants and facilities to company applicable standards and "good practices", procedures and guidelines. - Provides the accurate formalization and finalization of required documents, tools and protocols, guarantees robust implementation and execution, according with applicable technical/legal, standards requirements and procedures. - Monitors properly the budget of the assigned projects, highlighting to the manager above eventual critical issues or specific requirements.
