**Job Description**:
MET Sales & Trading Holding AG, part of MET Group, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing for its Western European Division (Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland) to drive strategy, support customer portfolio development, and elevate our presence in the energy industry across multiple countries. The position can be based in Milan, Madrid or Lyon.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Establishing Marketing Function**:Establish and lead the Marketing function within the Western European Division. Expand and coordinate the marketing team with a presence in multiple countries, leading them to achieve high-impact campaigns across multiple channels to support growth ambitions.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Build and implement a comprehensive multi-country marketing strategy for the Western European Division, including resource allocation and budget management, ensuring adaptation and implementation on a country-specific basis of our European Brand. The focus in on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention, and revenue growth.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyse market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, adjust strategies as needed, make data-driven decisions and evaluate new market entry.
- **CRM Strategy**: Set and implement the CRM strategy with yearly objectives aimed at recruiting, retaining, and upgrading MET Group’s Western Division client portfolio.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Work closely with the various sales departments within the Western European Division to support local customer acquisition activities as well as divisional ones. Ensure effective content creation and publication. Implement innovative strategies to generate and nurture leads. Develop best practices and implement them across the Division.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee social media management activities to enhance brand presence both a divisional and country level. Utilize digital marketing techniques to engage with the audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (4-7 years) in a senior marketing role, energy retail knowledge is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in English, while French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, exceptional communication capabilities to deal with C-suite executive.
- Expertise in designing and implementing marketing campaigns/strategies for customer portfolio development, including managing marketing budgets and optimizing expenditures.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM strategies.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and innovative thinking.
- Collaborative skills for working with cross-functional and international teams.
