**HEAD OF BEVERAGE / BAR MANAGER**

**Team: Food & Beverage Arena**

**Location: Arena Milano Santa Giulia**

**Start: entro Ottobre 2025**

Riportando al Direttore Food & Beverage, sarai responsabile di contribuire a definire un'esperienza ospite eccezionale all'interno della venue.
- Strategia e Qualità del Beverage: Guidare la creazione e l’implementazione di un programma beverage innovativo e di alta qualità in tutti i bar, lounge ed eventi.
- Gestione di Magazzino e Costi: Supervisionare approvvigionamenti, controllo scorte e relazioni con i fornitori, garantendo efficienza operativa e qualità del prodotto.
- Leadership del Team: Selezionare, formare e sviluppare un team beverage appassionato, promuovendo l’eccellenza del servizio e una solida conoscenza dei prodotti.
- Sviluppo Menù e Innovazione: Collaborare alla realizzazione di menù stagionali, in linea con le tendenze e con l’identità del brand Arena Milano e le preferenze degli ospiti.
- Eccellenza Operativa e Conformità: Progettare flussi di lavoro efficienti e garantire che tutte le operazioni rispettino le normative sanitarie, di sicurezza e le licenze vigenti.

**Requisiti**:

- Minimo **5 anni di esperienza** in ruoli di responsabilità nella gestione bar/beverage, preferibilmente in contesti ad alto volume come **grandi venue, hotel di lusso, eventi o nightlife di fascia alta**.
- Esperienza comprovata nella **gestione operativa di più punti vendita** (bar, lounge, aree VIP, eventi), incluso lo sviluppo di menù stagionali.
- Forte capacità di **analisi dei costi**, controllo del food cost e beverage cost, pricing strategico e monitoraggio delle performance di vendita.
- Esperienza nella **gestione degli stock, logística e rapporti con fornitori**, incluse negoziazioni, selezione dei prodotti e approvvigionamenti.
- Capacità di **guidare, formare e motivare team** numerosi e diversificati, promuovendo una cultura del servizio eccellente e una profonda conoscenza dei prodotti.
- Esperienza nella **costruzione di programmi formativi** per bartender, mixologist e staff operativo.
- Capacità di strutturare **flussi di lavoro efficienti**, ottimizzando tempi, risorse e qualità dell’erogazione del servizio.
- **Italiano e Inglese fluente** (scritti e parlati).
- Ottime doti comunicative, capacità di interfacciarsi con stakeholder interni ed esterni, inclusi partner, clienti VIP e fornitori.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: €50.000,00 - €65.000,00 all'anno
