Information Technology Specialist

- Work closely with the IT HR Manager and HR Administration & Cost Controlling team to develop, maintain and manage through budget, actuals, accruals, planned cash flow and overall forecast
- In this area will be requested to manage new requests for Payroll, Time and Travel management systems
- Work with other IT HR team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes
- Conduct regular periodic sessions with internal client and stakeholders
- Strong stakeholders management skills
- Keep the internal customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to them
- Report to the IT HR Program Manager

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics;- Fluency in Italian and English;- 3+ years of experience with SAP Financial Systems (FICO,), SAP HR and Tagetik;- 3+ years of experience with Payroll, Time and Travel management IT solutions (SAP Concur is a plus);- 3+ years of relevant consulting experience is preferred;- Experience in Business Planning and Budgeting required;- Strong understanding of project financials (budget, actuals, accruals, ETC and EAC);- Ability to work independently as well as with cross functional teams to drive; continuous improvement, both technologically and functionally to satisfy business initiatives;- Problem solving, flexibility and proactivity;- Excellent communication skills;- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products;- Commitment, teamwork, entrepreneurship.
