We are currently seeking a **Innovation Market and Technology Specialist **to join our dynamic team in **Castel Guelfo, Italy**

**What kind of work will you be doing?**
- Identify key technological trends and opportunities within the assigned areas, balancing technical innovation with practical business needs;
- Create business cases inclusive of revenue production and revenue support;
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology development, ensuring robustness, scalability, and compliance with industry standards;
- Develop contingency plans for potential technology disruptions or challenges in the roadmap;
- Work in coordination with the Global Advanced Technology and Innovation leaderships and teams;
- Collaborate with Offering, R&D teams, product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate technology opportunities into viable products and solutions;
- Engage with external partners, universities, and research institutions to stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry standards:

- If necessary, be a thought leader for assigned advanced offerings both internally and externally;
- Contribute to the global portfolio product strategy and go-to-market plans;
- Attend tradeshows and visit key customers to ensure an accurate voice of customer is embedded in the development roadmap;
**What will make you successful?**
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Science related technical degree;
- MBA or MBI (Master of Business Innovation) and prior consulting, strategic planning or product marketing preferred;
- Ability to navigate complex, cross-disciplinary challenges and drive solutions that balance technical innovation with practical business needs
- Visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate industry shifts and innovate accordingly
- Contribute to build a strong network within the power electronics and electrical power industry
- Strong written/oral technical communication, especially in communicating customer needs
- Very strong research and analytical skills
- Participation in global calls outside of normal working hours
- Experience with 3-phase power distribution or UPS systems or Battery storage systems is preferred
- Fluent English
