Category Manager

**Category Manager - Temporary Contract**:
For the Italian Sales & Marketing department within our Consumer Goods Organization, we are looking for a Category Manager to join the Customer Marketing Department in our Legnano Offices.

Please note this announcement is for a Temporary Contract of 12 months.

**What You Will Do**:

- Deliver range review recommendations to assigned customers.
- Develop shelf approach recommendations based on data and insights, and build planograms for our partner clients
- Support Sales proactively in defining customer strategies and advising them on what to do for the categories managed.
- Develop support material for innovation and key activities (folders, teasers, displays, pop material, in-store communication )
- Prepare and present Business Reviews, Action Plans and Projects with high visibility at all levels of the company (Top management, Marketing, Sales)
- Cascade monthly reports (tracking market, brands, retailer performances, causes and effects) to the Business Unit
- Assist the team in the Business Planning Cycle

**Who You Are**:

- You have a degree education In Economy, Marketing or equivalent.
- You have a previous experience in a similar role (Consulting, Controlling, Analytical Marketing) in a Complex FMCG Company;
- You are familiar with Nielsen tools and database (or IRI), and Excel;
- You have strong data analysis skills and the ability to summarize effectively;
- You are fluent in English and Italian both;
- Are you in possession of a car, since our offices cannot be reached by public transportation
