**SCIB ITALY is looking for a FIG ANALYST, based in our MILAN office.**

The FIG Italy team manages the overall relationship with Italian Financial Institutions coordinating and working together with products people based mainly in Spain and the UK. The team also manages all the internal relevant departments.

FIG team is pivotal in developing the relationship among Santander and Italian FIG clients. We are a team of dynamic professionals used to work in an international and challenging environment.

The role is based in Milan, in our offices in Porta Nuova.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **FIG ANALYST, **we need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Assist and contribute to the development of new business opportunities together with products people.
- Internal and clients’ presentation pitch and booklet preparation.
- Analysis related to Clients and Italian FIG market: market trends, NPLs, Fintech and Digital clients landscape, financial analysis, clients’ Balancesheet analysis as examples.
- Support the coordination among internal stakeholders such as Risk Management, Legal, Compliance etc.
- Business management activities related to FIG Italy portfolio (pipeline management, forecasts, results analysis, budgeting activity etc).
- KYC/clients onboarding activity.

**To be successful in this role, the following characteristics will be required**:

- University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Curiosity and entrepreneurial approach.
- Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive approach, ability to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
