HR Training Associate

**Position**:
Reporting directly to HR Training Manager, the HR Training Associate will support the execution of all training activities and will take care of the administrative aspects and the reporting related to the courses.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Support in the effective management and delivery of training programs, from reporting activities to logistic aspects of organizing courses, according to company’s training needs;
- Establish strong relationsips with external stakeholders related to training activities;
- Support overall internal reporting activities, including training plan analysis;
- Manage Training Budget;
- Manage administrative tasks, including activities related to the Induction process for new hirings.
**Profile**:
- 1/2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluency in Italian and English, French would be a nice to have;
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point expert user);
- Flexibility, energy and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to deal with different deadlines, ad-hoc requests and prioritize the different tasks.

- The house of Fendi was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first boutique, a handbag shop and fur workshop, in via del Plebiscito, followed in 1926, gaining immediate success. In 1992, Silvia Venturini Fendi, third generation of the Fendi family, joins the company and seconds Karl Lagerfeld in the Artistic Direction. In 1994, she is given the responsibility of Accessories and then of the Menswear lines. In September 2020, Kim Jones is appointed as Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear while Delfina Delettrez Fendi, the fourth generation of the family, is appointed Artistic Director of Jewellery.
