At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a person to fill an Administrative Manager position in a large company based in Italy: Pisa

**Tasks**
- Plan, organize, direct and control the Management of Human Resources, Logistics, Accounting, Fixed Assets and Finance; and provide administrative support that the company requires.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards, regulations and other management instruments related to sales, inventory, human resources, accounting, and marketing processes.
- Prepare the semi-annual and annual management report.
- Formulate and evaluate the Annual Work Plan for your area, in accordance with the established guidelines and priorities.

**Requeriments**
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related to the position.
- Microsoft Excel Advanced Level.
- With commercial profile, management of indicators.
- Knowledge of Strategic Plan, Costs and Budgets.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- High level of English

**Benefits**

**Salary**: €138,000.00 - €162,000.00 per year
