**Job Summary**: to audit and verify all revenue transactions, record them and prepare daily and monthly sales and other reports for management according to hotel policies and procedures; under the direct supervision of the Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring all revenues generated in the hotel are recorded accurately and discrepancies reported on a timely basis.

**What will you be doing?**
- Properly check and finalizes daily room revenue report
- Check house use room, discount or rebate
- Control of food and beverage sales
- Performs spot checks on outlet checks used
- Performs various special projects as requested and assigned by management
- Adhere to Finance Policies and Procedures
- Resolution of any discrepancies
- Daily Credit Card reconciliation
- Control on commission
- Support to operational Departments
- Checks related to the collection of the residence tax
- Check of electronic invoices

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a hotel front office 5 star hotel
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and availability to work in a dynamic team
- Fluent in English
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest and colleagues' needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Excellent up selling skills
