Credit Representative

Ecolab is seeking a **Collection Specialist** with at least **3 years of experience in Corporate Collection**: join our team in **Vimercate**

**What You Will Do**:

- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handle questions or complaints
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in **Economics**:

- ** 3-5 years **high Volume** Corporate Collections experience.**:

- **Knowledge of Accounting, Billing and Collections procedures**:

- Goal orientation and problem solving
- Excellent communication abilities
- ** English at least B2**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Belonging to people protected by law according to **Legge 68/99**:

- **SAP**:

- Experience in juridical and extra juridical recovery of debts
- Experience in Public Administration recovery
