Partnering with companies, we maximize the potential of their app with social experiences, to help them build their own communities, increase user engagement and retention, and grow their revenues. **Head of Finance** **Location: Milan, Italy **(hybrid working policy - we all gather as a team for 1 week every month at the office, for the rest of the month you are free to come to the office or work from "wherever you feel the most productive") **Your impact**: Amity is looking for a Head of Finance who will lead our finance team and operations. The position reports directly to the CEO and the role will fill a key position in Amity's leadership team, helping to influence and shape the course and direction of Amity. We are looking for a well-rounded leader who has had experience working in a technology company and ideally experience working with a “SaaS” business model. Above all, we are looking for a leader who is open-minded, ready to learn, adapt, and grow with the company. **Your day-to-day responsibilities**: - Manage and lead the finance team and operations including but not limited to: - Accounting operations - Revenue collection & management - Budget & expense management - Cashflow planning & management - Financial reporting - Team management - Overhaul and build new processes to facilitate more automation and increase operational efficiency - Manage investor data inquiries and financial reporting to investors - Management and monitoring of key SaaS performance indicators **Your ideal profile**: - 4+ Years experience in relevant finance operations roles - 2+ Years working directly or closely with accounting operations - Experience working with / and strong understanding of software billing & revenue collection processes - 2+ Years experience in a technology company, ideally a scale-up stage company - Leadership experience Nice to Haves: - Accounting certification **What's in it for you**: LI-TV1 LI-HYBRID
