**DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI**

Per la nostra location di Cortina, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di **Guest Manager** che avrà la responsabilità di:

- Accogliere gli ospiti
- Gestire le prenotazioni insieme al Restaurant Manager/Apres Ski Manager in modo da garantire il miglior servizio ai clienti
- Risolvere problemi e reclami dei clienti con educazione e professionalità secondo gli standard aziendali
- Monitorare la soddisfazione dei clienti, le recensioni e i feedback in struttura sottoponendole al team manageriale al fine di migliorare l’esperienza del cliente
- Coordinarsi con altri dipartimenti della struttura in modo tale da assicurare il miglior servizio in struttura
- Pianificare e coordinare eventi
- Gestire, formare, aggiornare e garantire la performance di tutto il Team Guest su standard di servizio
- Gestire la vendita del corner merchandising

**Requisiti**:
**COSA CERCHIAMO**
- Esperienza precedente in ruoli di guest management nel settore dell’ospitalità, ristorazione e clubbing
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative
- Spiccate doti di leadership
- Capacità di problem-solving e proattività
- Capacità di lavorare in ambienti dinamici e sotto pressione, mantenendo alti standard di qualità e professionalità
- Capacità di gestione del team creando un ambiente di lavoro preformante
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione delle prenotazioni e dei software di booking o reservation
- Networking
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, compresi i fine settimana e i giorni festivi, adattandosi alle esigenze dell'azienda e degli ospiti
- English Fluent, la conoscenza di altre lingue straniere è un plus
