Head of Change and Business Control Wholesale

The Role facilitates strategy and projects implementation, ensures alignment with the rest of the global and local organization, supervises and coordinates first line controls, ensuring full Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. The Role is a trusted advisor on content, preparing internal presentations for wholesale banking Head/management team, ensures quality of business information, monitoring the progress on KPI targets and acting as a sounding board for the wholesale banking management team Italy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support wholesale banking Head/management team Italy with strategy and projects implementation. Represent wholesale banking Italy in global projects and internal Committees
- Prepare quarterly updates on business performance & strategic developments. Perform KPI monitoring
- Ensure data quality and accuracy of management reports liaising with FO, Finance, Risk Management
- Enable business efficiency by initiating and implementing local and global projects in coordination with wholesale banking Operations and other departments.
- Manage Change&Support and Business Control staff
- Responsible for supervising the KYC team
- Oversee the Rolling Forecast process for the Direct Expenses aligning with Finance team and with the business lines
- Performs project-based tasks upon the request of wholesale banking Head and/or management team
- Cooperate with Communications for effective wholesale banking Italy communications (press releases, client events, inputs for internal town halls, etc.)
- Be the linking pin to Retail and wholesale banking Amsterdam. Develop and maintain a network with local and central relevant stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- University degree or equivalent
- 10+ years’ experience in similar roles within banking industry in a complex and international environment
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking Business
- Used to work in a matrix organization
- Proven experience in Stakeholder’s management at senior level
- Proven experience in leading teams with different scope
- Proven experience in Change Management
- Good understanding of KYC in corporate environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
