**Job Title**: Junior Business Analyst
**Location**: Remote
**Contract Type**: Freelance or Employee

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the design and structuring of project workstreams
- Support project and change managers in planning, reporting, and risk/issue tracking
- Contribute to the gathering and documentation of business requirements
- Assist with stakeholder communication, preparation of meeting materials, and follow-ups
- Provide analytical support on project progress, risks, and planning

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree (minimum of 4 years of university education)
- **English Level**: C1 or higher (written and spoken)
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience directly linked to the services under Lot 1

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Formal training in project management or change management
- Good knowledge of project delivery tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international, and multicultural environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
