Receptionist - Firenze - Part Time 32h 4d - Full

YellowSquare is urgently looking for a Receptionist for his Hostel in Florence. The Tasks:
- Dealing with bookings;
- Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
- Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
- Dealing with complaints or problems; Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility: working time and hours; Our 8.5 h shifts run from 7:30 am to midnight;
- Excellence in customer service;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
