Fater è un'azienda dinamica che investe in innovazione circa il 4% del fatturato annuo. La sede è a Pescara; gli stabilimenti di produzione in Italia sono a Pescara e a Campochiaro (CB), all’estero sono in Portogallo, a Porto e in Turchia a Gebze.

**Cosa farai**:

- Collaborerai con un team esperto di Data Scientist per analizzare e interpretare dati complessi, fornendo insight strategici e operativi.
- Utilizzerai tecniche avanzate di Data Science per sviluppare modelli predittivi e prescrittivi che guideranno le decisioni aziendali.
- Lavorerai su progetti concreti, contribuendo a migliorare processi e ottimizzare le operazioni aziendali.
- Avrai l'opportunità di comunicare i risultati in modo chiaro ed efficace, rendendo comprensibili anche i concetti più complessi.

**Requisiti**:

- Laureando/a in Discipline Informatiche, o Tecnico/Scientifiche/Economiche che prevedano una solida formazione in ambito quantitativo-numerico e statistico
- Capacità di analisi attraverso l’utilizzo di tecniche statistiche avanzate
- Creazione e ottimizzazione di modelli di apprendimento automatico utilizzando strumenti e metodologie di data mining e machine learning
- Conoscenza degli algoritmi per natural language processing, machine learning e deep learning, topic modeling, data encoding e computer vision
- Linguaggi di programmazione data science Python e R
