**Technical Project Manager**

Technical Project Manager - Radiology Digital Solutions Business Region EU

**INTRODUCTION**

This position is responsible for coordinating the successful installation, integration and training of the Digital Solutions platform within the Hospital environment of our customers. This requires strong collaboration with hospitals Physicians, Radiology, Cardiology and IT departments as well as all internal Bayer departments involved for the different countries within the Europe, Middle East and Africa region for ongoing projects.

Methodology by following standard project management industry practices such as the PMI's framework. The TPM will promote overall value proposition of Bayer's Digital Solutions and Services through close collaboration and coordination with Sales, Technical, Clinical and Training.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Full project life cycle ownership: planning, coordination, execution and follow-up associated with the implementation of complex digital solutions/services to include installation, system integration and end-user training. Ensure the solutions are implemented according to Bayer standards, in a manner that is also compliant for the customer
- Understanding business, technical and clinical objectives of a project and overseeing all aspects of projects including assignment of resources, tracking delivery metrics, establishing deadlines and providing status reports to informatics management team. Because these are complex IT related projects, besides requiring a deep understanding of the Digital Solutions products from a technical and clinical perspective, it also requires knowledge of PACS, RIS, HL7, DICOM because of the integration of our Digital Solutions products with the systems within the hospital environments
- Creating infrastructure and organization for the management of a complex environment with emphasis on quality, efficiency, productivity, and consistency of project delivery
- Ensuring project plan maintains tasks, schedules, estimates, and status, creating communication plans and disseminating such information to team members and customer stakeholders. This includes maintaining and improving project documentation, based on previous experiences and lessons learned, improving quality and efficiency of the project
- Because of their technical and clinical expertise, the PM's are involved in support related tasks
- PM needs to be aware of project specific payment details (as mentioned in contract) and based on project deliverables inform organization that invoicing can take place

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline is required as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) Cert.
- Strong communication and presentation skills required and the ability to deal with ambiguity, learn on the fly, and critical thinking
- Ability to manage objections and drive to group consensus with strong self-direction, detail orientation, org. skills and time management.
- Strong competency in Customer Focus. Driving for Results, Integrity & Trust, Ethics & Values and Compassion as well as proven ability to demonstrate at minimum.
- Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
- Experience using automation and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Social, Analytics)
- Hands-on mentality, self-motivation, team-player attitude, detail-orientation and results-driven mindset
- Technical knowledge of PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, Web Services, Infrastructure / Cloud IT support is a preferred
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Spanish proficient is a plus.
