**Opportunità**

Questa è un’interessante opportunità per entrare in una importante azienda del settore manifatturiero della provincia di Mantova.

**Responsabilità**

La risorsa risponderà direttamente al plant manager e coordinerà le risorse interne ed esterne dedicate alla manutenzione meccanica ed elettrica del plant, garantendo che la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dello stabilimento avvenga in maniera efficace ed efficiente e trovando soluzioni innovative per revamping impiantistici e miglioramento della manutenzione predittiva. Nello specifico si occuperà di:

- Pianificare le attività di manutenzione in accordo alle necessità produttive, definendo il piano degli interventi e l’organizzazione delle risorse necessarie
- Organizzare e supervisionare direttamente l’operato dei manutentori e gli interventi di società terze
- Garantire un’efficace ricerca dei guasti e la sicurezza delle operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, gestendo anche i periodi di fermate programmate
- Implementare strategie per la manutenzione predittiva
- Monitorare gli indicatori di prestazione fondamentali del processo di manutenzione ed individuare le azioni per il miglioramento degli stessi
- Interagire con fornitori esistenti e potenziali per individuare le più efficienti ed efficaci soluzioni tecniche
- Gestire il magazzino ricambi in merito alle attività manutentive, in collaborazione con la funzione acquisti
- Supportare la redazione delle previsioni di Budget annuale, monitorare i costi di manutenzione e gli scostamenti
- Gestire tali attività sia per l’area utilities sia per l’area impianti produttivi

**Competenze**
- Diploma meccanico o laurea in Ingegneria
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5-7 anni nel ruolo di responsabile manutenzione in contesti produttivi strutturati e complessi
- Ottime competenze di gestione della manutenzione meccanica ed elettrica straordinaria ed ordinaria, con coordinamento di squadre complesse e articolate di operatori a turno e in giornata
- Buone conoscenze meccaniche, oleodinamiche, pneumatiche, elettriche
- Rappresentano un gradito plus conoscenze di automazione industriale

Completano il profilo ricercato un’ottima leadership, spiccato orientamento al risultato, problemsolving, capacità di gestire prorità e di rispettare scadenze, capacità di motivare team di lavoro articolati ed eterogenei.
