PCBA Manufacturing and Equipment Integration Department is looking for graduated in technical studies or higher with at least 5 years of experience in SMT and PCB Assembly activities.

Experience and main activities:

- Proven experience and knowledge of SMT and PCB Assembly techniques to ensure the capacity to perform autonomously the following activities:

- Program and usage automatic PCB assembly machines with SMT technology (screen printer, SPI, Pick&Place, FAI, Oven for Vapor Phase, washing machine)
- Repair of complex components and large circuit boards with specific machines (Metcal, Zevac)
- Manual soldering of EEE components on PCB (SMT and THT technology)
- Preparation of EEE electronic components techniques (degolding, pretinning, preforming)
- Knowledge of main inspection machines (AOI 2D-3D, X-Ray)
- Knowledge of protective coatings techniques (manual and automated) of assembled PCBs
- Traceability of the activities performed, the components assembled and ability to autonomously read assembly drawing and instructions
- Experience in supporting activities for assembly machine industrial deployment

- SMT & PCBA Processes;
- IPC Standards, ECSS a plus;
- Process Improvement, Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing;
- Analysis and structural problem solving skills;
- Computer skills: use of the Office package programs. Predisposition to learn specific software for traceability and reporting
- Language skills: basic English
