Cyber Security Manager

Reporting to the Group IT Director, the Cyber Security Manager will be the responsible for the Cybersecurity strategy definition, implementation and governance at Group level. In particular, the main tasks will be:

- Draft and Govern Cybersecurity Strategy in terms of policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring the compliance with GDPR and other Local Data Privacy laws.
- Coordinating external suppliers and collaborating with other department, define a Cyber Security implementation project Roadmap and related KPIs’.
- Drive Cyber Security Group projects to ensure their successful delivery;
- Promote Cybersecurity awareness through specific trainings (internal and external) and dedicated communication plans.
- Organize and coordinate formal and periodical Cybersecurity Committee meetings, presenting the status of Cybersecurity in the Group.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 2/3 years of relevant experience in information security governance, risk and compliance in a global organization or in a consulting firm;
- Good knowledge of industry leading Cybersecurity standards and frameworks (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, ENISA, BSI, and other Critical Infrastructure and Essential Services requirements) and of privacy regulations (GDPR);
- Industry-recognized cyber security professional certifications are a plus;
- Fluent in English.
