We are looking for a Trade Marketing and Category Manager to strengthen the brand Twinings but also Loacker and the other brands that we representing in Italy and to be able to grow even more.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Inspires a category growth vision for Twinings in infusions and tea markets and supports the Brand Manager and the Twinings commercial team in defining the future growth priorities
- Analyzes and selects growth potentials on category and customer level and assesses the necessary tools and investments for growth
- Supports the design of the annual customer portfolio strategy setting clear priorities based on critical indicators
- Supports the sales force in close collaboration with the Brand Manager to analyze the biggest incremental growth opportunities for Twinings’ promotion plan on client level
- Exploiting the existing customer
- & market data or explore new data sources in order to create individualized selling stories for the major retail-chains
- Supports in delivering Twinings’ distribution plan and promotional objectives based on specific contribution and return on investments
- Supports the sales force in close collaboration with the Brand Manager to define the PICOS of the category shelf on channel and client level
- Develops and leads category projects for selected key customers and designs customized planograms for the several customer’s clusters
- You will be committed to evangelize the trade marketing and sales department in terms of category competences
- You will look after also other brands including Loacker for important Category Projects for the most relevant Clients

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE THE PERFECT MATCH**
- Degree in business, economics or statistics
- Experience in Trade Marketing and preferably also Category Management
- Experience in sales, with market research and with managing projects would be a big plus
- Autonomous, structured and responsible way of working
- Strategic and analytic competences and entrepreneurial attitude is very important
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and very good level of English
