We are now looking for an HR Specialist, who will oversee search and selection activities, cooperating with the different company departments.

**Posizione**:
**Main Responsibilities and activities**:

- Collaborate with HR Manager and the line Managers in the search and selection process (including job description drafting, advertising, resumes screening, screening calls, face to face or video interviews);
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business;
- Keep constant relations within the company, collecting feedback on organizational and procedural changes;
- Support the training process and the LMS maintenance;
- Manage specific projects (for example regarding Sustainability);
- Manage relations with schools and universities (organizing meetings, maintaining relations with key people, organizing internships).

**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Psychology, Education or Economics Degree;
- Previous working experience in the HR Department (2 years) of structured Companies;
- Strong recruitment skills;
- Strong communications and relationships skills;
- Teamwork oriented;
- Proactive, motivated, with a positive attitude, flexible and able to adapt to a constant changing environment;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Power Point);
- Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner;
- Demonstrating problem-solving attitude and resilience;
- International mindset;
- English fluency both written and spoken.
