We are looking for a **Salesforce Project Manager **in order to organize a strategic Team who will support the European Salesforce Growth.

**Who are you?**
- You have at least 5 years of experience in SF and IT/CRM international projects
- You’re able to work on projects which cover multiple countries, languages, and cultures
- You have good knowledge and operational experience in project management (methodologies and tools) of Salesforce projects
- You have experience of managing third party suppliers
- You are confident in stakeholder management with strong communication and influencing skills
- You have experience of business change process improvement projects
- You have at least 2 Salesforce certifications and Project Management Certifications
- You have an excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- A Good Knowledge of German language will be considered a preferential requirement.

**What will you do?**
- You will manage on international projects
- You will deliver the project as per the agreed scope and the Salesforce implementation strategies
- You will Manage and align of all key interdependencies with international program workstreams
- You will control and manage the project budget control
- You will produce all key project documents to control and manage projects
- You will ensure project team to deliver projects on time, cost, and quality
- You will produce highlight reports and facilitation of all required governance boards
- You will work with Business Change Manager to ensure that business stakeholders are fully engaged in meeting the programs timelines and deliverables.
- You will manage the day to Day project workstream leads and business managers
