Per un nostro cliente, uno dei principali gruppi editoriali internazionali siamo alla ricerca di un Procurement Specialist CMC

La figura si occuperà di pianificare e svolgere le attività di acquisto di CMC, interagendo con i fornitori, assicurandosi che il processo d’acquisto procede senza intoppi e la consegna della merce avvenga nei tempi previsti.

**Il profilo avrà le seguenti responsabilità**:

- Gestire e raccogliere le informazioni sulla pianificazione della produzione CMC (inclusi regali, upselling, flowpack) per tutti i titoli e paesi.
- Raccogliere quantità aggiornate di informazioni sulla domanda di prodotti e sull’inventario.
- Perseguire la strategia di ottimizzazione degli acquisti (es. Raggruppamento Ordini, consolidamento delle spedizioni in partenza da Cina/Bangladesh, MOQ, )
- Coordinamento delle date prima dell’effettuazione degli ordini
- Generare e mantenere ordini nel sistema ERP (SAP)
- Gestione e revisione delle conferme d’ordine, monitoraggio dei tempi di consegna, invio di solleciti
- Monitorare l’elaborazione degli ordini
- Interfacciarsi con il Team di finitura e stampa per avere una visione comune e unica per ogni collezione e con l’Import Export Team per aggiornamenti sulla timeline
- Interfacciarsi con l’Operations Stock Team per avere input di informazioni sul recupero degli stock e con il Team di amministrazione per controllare l’accuratezza dei documenti contabili

**Il profilo ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti**:

- Esperienza in ruolo analogo di almeno 2 anni
- Buone abilità comunicative e di lavoro di gruppo
- Ottima capacità di risoluzione dei problemi
- Forte background tecnico
- Conoscenza di MS Excel e del modulo SAP MM

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Disponibilità:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento:

- Milano, Lombardia: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Obbligatorio)
