**Job Title: Finance Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Invoice Management: Responsible for issuing, sending, and filing sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Cash & Treasury Management: Assist with daily payment and collection activities, maintain cash flow records, and ensure the security and accuracy of funds.
- Cash Flow Planning & Forecasting: Support the preparation and tracking of cash flow budgets and forecasts, and analyze actual fund usage to support financial planning.
- Sales Support: Provide financial data and assistance to the sales team, including contract review, invoicing, and payment collection processes.
- Accounts Receivable Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts receivable with clients and internal teams, ensure accuracy, and follow up on outstanding payments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics or related fields
- At least 1 year experience experience in sales finance support or treasury is preferred
- Solid understanding of invoicing, treasury management, and budgeting processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); able to analyze financial data.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and strong in time management.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to work under pressure with a proactive and fast-learning mindset.
- Language: work proficiency in Italian and English both spoken and written.
