025711 Continuous Improvement Specialist (Open)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates on assignments and projects that may require collaboration with other functions.
- May collaborate on projects involving electrical power and controls to develop new or improve existing manufacturing processes.
- Assists with installation, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Analyzes tooling failures and evaluates tool characteristics and requirements.
- May coordinate and perform periodic operational diagnostics on operations.
- Provides technical support to improve equipment and process reliability.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation, electrical systems, manufacturing processes, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team.
- Strong Project Management knowledge.
- Detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g. Cad).
