**Position**:

**Job responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandising Specialist will manage the following activities:

- Set up the in-store and window display according to the corporate guidelines to deliver consistent brand image
- Partner with local suppliers and trade teams to create consistent in-store and window display to support the stores in achieving sales target
- Support in development of Visual Merchandising tools and in the category management to elevate the brand imagine and the local business
- Ensure an excellent image of the brand at the point of sale in terms of positioning and exposure quality through a schedule of visits on the Wholesale and Retail network
- Preparation of PPT presentations dedicated to the sales force and customer meetings
- Follow event set-ups and support in annual POS orders
- Budget control in line with forecast

**Profile**:

- University background in Marketing, Arts&Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture
- A previous experience within visual merchandising in the beauty industry is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop
- Sketch-Up, Sap system and IWD are a plus
- Strong sensibility and passion for luxury
- Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.

- It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.
Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
