You will join Workforce Planning and HR Analytics team in analyzing workforce data and trends to help shape our strategic HR initiatives.This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
**You will support your tutor in**:

- Analyzing workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Developing of workforce plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Maintaining and updating HR analytics tools and dashboards.
- Creating presentations and reports for HR and management teams.
- Collaborating with HR team members on projects related to talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Keen interest in HR processes and workforce planning.
