***Descrizione** Experis a brand company of the Manpower Group and is a global leader in IT and TECH professional resourcing and we are looking for a **ADAS Controls Specialist** - **Key Responsibilities** - ensure the definition of the target setting of all the ADAS systems - ensure the analysis of the deployment of all the targets specified - ensure the target achievement of the performance by means of tests on vehicles and on driving Simulator - ensure the integration with other software of Vehicle Dynamics - support innovation - **Skills and Requirements** - Ph.D/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent - Proven experience in ADAS systems - Familiar with both virtual development based on simulation environment and experimental testing, data analisys - Strong technical project management with proven evidence of decision - making and accountability is essential. - Positive attitude towards teamwork, good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English is mandatory.
