Marketing & Communication Manager

Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

**Posizione**:
We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager who will be Responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for Atlante, in cooperation with NHOA's Corporate Communication team.

**Duties, tasks, and responsibilities**:

- Analyzing data from various sources to identify opportunities for improving marketing initiatives
- Managing all aspects of sales leads from initial point of contact to closure
- Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that involve partnerships with third parties
- Collaborate with the other members of the team in setting up the right co-marketing activities with partners, overseeing and organizing all related activities
- Creating and coordinating promotions on partners sites or during Atlante events with focus both on B2B and B2C targets
- Work directly with vendors, suppliers, or other business partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships that help each company grow their respective businesses
- Creating and managing campaigns designed to build brand awareness and generate sales leads
- Developing strategies to increase customer retention through upselling, cross-selling, and creating relationship plans
- Developing and implementing strategic partnerships with other companies to promote products and services
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in specific industries or markets
- Creating and maintaining consistent corporate brand image/voice and portray company values
- Acting as proofreader and in some cases as copywriter for Press releases - managing the external PR agency - interviews, website content, presentations, brochures, newsletters etc.
- Build an editorial calendar and propose communication contents in coordination with the other members of the marketing and communication team
- Creating and maintaining an internal communication system
- Coordinating countries needs for materials and local specifies

**Requisiti**:

- Degree in communication and marketing or related fields, and 8-year working experience in related field
- Both B2B2C background
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to various and challenging situations
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent process and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with MS Office package (PPT and excel above all)
- Experience with digital tools
- Experience working with web content management tools is a plus
