**_ Inside the Commercial & Business development Area we are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for the Defence Market._**
- Overall responsibilities for defining the strategic guidelines and roadmap to achieve business goals in the defence market
- Perform customer hunting activities to reach new clients
- Size market opportunities and monitor key market and competitive drivers to inform product and marketing strategies
- Identify commercial opportunities and product/service development requirements
- Establish business targets and manage financial duties, if required
- Manage people within the reference perimeter
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial & Business development Area to continuously improve business profitability and to enhance Company values and synergies
- Ensure the analysis, identification and strategy setting of commercial prospects and define the commercial plan for the assigned market

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master Degree in engineering or physics
- From 15 years of work experience
- From 8 years of experience in the role
- From 5 years experience in the space industry context
- Deep knowledge of Italian defence market
- Passion for sales and business negotiation
- Entrepreneurial mentality
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and consistent delivery of results
- Good knowledge of the English language is required
- Availability for business trips, if necessary
