Autovia Srl, società operante nel settore automotive specializzata nei servizi di mobilità di auto e furgoni per breve e lungo periodo, è alla ricerca di un/una **Planning & Program Manager**
La figura ricercata sarà responsabile delle attività di pianificazione e gestione della domanda e dei fabbisogni del Business e, nello specifico, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Pricing Analysis e monitoraggio del posizionamento dei Competitors e della clientela tramite supporto di fogli xls e software specifici;
- Analisi, pianificazione ed implementazione di politiche ed azioni commerciali volte a migliorare il posizionamento rispetto ai Competitors e la brand Reputation;
- Analisi e monitoraggio di siti web dedicati;
- Implementazione di processi strutturati volti ad ottimizzare l'efficientamento del servizio;
Vorremmo entrare in contatto con brillanti professionisti in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea Specialistica in ambito Economico e/o Ingegneria Gestionale;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo maturata all'interno di realtà strutturate quali, preferibilmente, società di autonoleggio, compagnie aeree, catene alberghiere, Broker, Tour Operator, Travel Agency;
- Consolidata esperienza in ambito Demand & Capacity Planning;
- Eccellente utilizzo del Pacchetto Office, nello specifico Excel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese sia scritta che parlata;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare brevi e saltuarie trasferte.
Completano il profilo buona propensione al team working, ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di problem solving unitamente all'attitudine al data analysis.
Sede di lavoro: Bologna.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
