**Your responsibilities will be**:
- The main mission of the SQA leader is to manage the SQA network in their area for projects and series, including resource allocation and priority management. It is important to ensure that activities are performed in compliance with Minebea AccessSolutions SQA Standards (SQM and AQP.pp) for suppliers. Their tasks also include managing suppliers' performance improvement, providing support to the Purchasing Segment Leader to assess new external suppliers, and participating in the Sourcing Committee. The SQA leader reports SQA KPIs on a monthly basis.SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- Manage problem-solving activities with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely resolution of quality issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing) to improve supplier quality and resolve issues effectively
- Provide technical support to Project Supplier Quality Engineers
SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT
- Work closely with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous development initiatives
- Conduct on-site supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and process adherence
- Implement supplier development programs to enhance supplier capabilities and performance
- Manage the Top Worst Supplier Program to identify underperforming suppliers and implement improvement initiatives
PROJECTS AND STANDARD COMPLIANCE
- Lead Supplier Quality Projects for tool replacements, transfers, modifications, and refurbishments
- Ensure one valid PPAP for all plants, adhering to PPAP requirements set during the project phase
- Make sure Handover process between Project and Operations team has been managed in timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements
PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND IMPROVEMENT
- Perform scheduled preventive audits to assess supplier quality processes
- Provide Rank A Yokoten to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Handle chargeback processes with Site Quality for cost recovery related to supplier quality issues
- Leading and developing the assigned team, conitnuously monitoring the needs and acting for their fulfillment
- Reinforcing the cooperation between Cross functional teams and SQA
**Required skills and experience**:
- College or University Degree
- Fluent English in written and spoken
- Experience in Operational Quality, Projects, and Supplier Management
- Leadership Skills
- Problem Solving
- Auditing - VDA 6.3 Process, EVAL
- Communication Skills
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Technology expertise in plastic injection and electronics
