**_Who we are looking for_**

**Purpose**
- Are you passionate about Recruiting and Employer Branding? Join the Talent Acquisition Team at Chiesi
You will be placed within the Talent Acquisition team at Chiesi Farmaceutici Headquarters and will work closely with the Team, supporting the entire Recruiting process and Employer Branding activities.

**Main Activities**
- initial briefing with the Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner to define the ideal profile
- drafting of the job description and activation of the most suitable recruitment channels
- CV screening
- phone interviews
- organisation of interviews and definition of the final shortlist
- managing and updating the recruiting tool (ATS)
- definition of the Employer Branding strategy
- testimonials and Career Days at leading universities and business schools in Italy and Europe.

**Join us if**
- you have a degree in Psychology, or more generally in humanities or economics. A Master's degree in Human Resources is particularly appreciated
- you have good communication and interpersonal skills, proactivity, curiosity, and an aptitude for teamwork
- you have full command of the Office package
- you have a C1 level of English; having had study experience abroad is particularly appreciated
