**What you will do**

As a Solar Cell Post Growth Operator at CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:

- Carry out the production processes of semiconductors (photolithography, deposition of oxides and metals, etching, etc.) following the company procedures, through manual processing and with specific equipment
- Operate on automated machinery to produce solar cells (evaporators, dicing machines, ovens)
- Follow safety guidelines and comply with cleaning and cleanroom procedures (ISO class 7-8)
- Complete technical documentation and production traceability records in both paper and digital formats
- Basic use of computer and production management software (including Use of OFFICE package)
- Monitor process parameters and report any anomalies or deviations
- Collaborate with shift managers and product quality to improve processes and resolve non-conformities
- Operate various measuring instruments, including microscopes, scales, and electrical testers

**What you bring**

Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:
**Experience & Knowledge**
- Technical Diploma (Mechanical, Electronic, Chemical or similar) or Scientific Degree
- Preferred title: previous experience in microelectronics or cleanroom
- English - minimum level required: A2
- Shift work (day/night)

**Skills and competences**
- Working in a cleanroom environment: the use of appropriate PPE (gowns, mask shoes and gloves) is required
- Precision and sense of responsibility
- Respect for hierarchy
- Ability to work in teams and regulated environments
- Focus on quality and adherence to deadlines
- Understanding of technical documentation
- Good dexterity and precision in the execution of tasks
