**Deal Advisory** is the **KPMG Advisory** line of services that helps companies create value by evaluating the risks and opportunities of corporate finance transactions, facilitating the various stages of the deal and identifying critical aspects in order to streamline the process. The Deal advisory team brings its multi-disciplinary know-how to every stage of the transaction.

Our **Deal Transformation** team provides support in M&As, from the pre-deal evaluation to the post-deal integration or separation. As a member of this team, you will work in close contact with lenders, shareholders and managers at all levels, helping to support clients in corporate finance transactions using digital tools and technology in your day-to-day work.

If you are a bright young recent graduate, consider joining our **Bologna **team where you will gain experience with a specific focus on the fashion and luxury industry, using methodologies that harness the most recent technological solutions for data management and analysis.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

- assessing the online and offline brand strategy in the fashion and luxury industry;
- analysing the brand's online distribution network (e-commerce platforms and omnichannel players);
- mapping the brand's geopricing and promotion policies and those of its competitors;
- developing analytics solutions for reporting to support senior management;
- analysing regional and global luxury trends.

Moving forward, you will also support the team in commercial and operational due diligence activities, growth strategies, business planning and assistance with pre
- and post-deal integration or separation.
- a keen interest in e-commerce/digital advertising topics and the fashion industry;
- excellent knowledge of English;
- knowledge of data and analytics tools (e.g., Power, BI and Qlik) is preferred.
