**Your role at Hostinger**

As a **Content Writers Team Lead (Hostinger Tutorials)**, you’ll collaborate closely with content SEO, editors, localization as well as various marketing teams to lead content creation that will make an impact.

**What you will do**:

- Lead a team of tutorials writers providing regular coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and growth opportunities.
- Actively participate in content planning based on individual team member strengths and business priorities.
- Ensure written content quality through adherence to deadlines, editorial guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other writers teams, content SEO, content editors, content localization, and other marketing teams to align content strategies with broader company goals.
- Oversee content creation to maintain high standards of clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Identify opportunities to refine and enhance existing content to maximize impact and relevance.

**What we expect**:

- Proven track record leading, hiring, and shaping strong content teams.
- 5+ years of experience in content production, ideally within a tech-focused or SaaS company.
- Strong collaboration skills, experience working with cross-functional teams.
- A strategic, customer-first thinker capable of independently managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console.
- An understanding of what’s good and bad copy — along with the reasons why (lack of skills, lack of knowledge, wrong sources, process problems, etc.)
- Alignment with Hostinger values - strong ownership, no-nonsense attitude to the team, being able to handle giving and receiving feedback well, andbeing flexible to change course if necessary.
