**The Team**

The Team inside the stores collectively strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. The team works together to uphold the store's reputation, achieve sales targets, and create a positive environment that reflects the values of PVH. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success, ensuring that the store remains a destination of choice for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.

**The Position**

Reporting directly to the store Management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.
- Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and values
- Use effective sales techniques so as to achieve set goals
- Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador
- Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate
- Assist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards
- Check stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are present
- Previous experience as Sales Associate in retail environment
- Fluent in Italian and a good level of English
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Strong customer service skills
- Enthusiastic about fashion and the dynamic retail world
- Registered under the list of CATEGORIE PROTETTE as per L. 68/99
