Il Team di **International Business Development MENAA Area **ha aperto un'opportunità come **Onsite Patient Support **in stage**. **La persona si occuperà del coordinamento e della gestione dei pazienti internazionali, di supportare e coordinare il sistema virtuoso di efficienza e best practice nel patient management del flusso solvenza cardio estero. Offrirà un servizio di supporto e coordinamento intra ed extra ospedaliero ai medici curanti e agli operatori coinvolti nel percorso di cure del paziente internazionale.

**Principali attività**:

- Mediazione linguistica e culturale e presa in carico del paziente a livello logistico.
- Accoglienza in struttura e accompagnamento.
- Coordinamento ricovero dei pazienti solventi.
- Raccogliere e trasmettere dati di fatturazione a chi di competenza.
- Data entry di dati anagrafici e di fatturazione.
- Attività di monitoraggio e follow-up post ricovero/visita ambulatoriale.
- Crescita strutturale del servizio di patient management.
- Miglioramento degli standard di accoglienza interni all'ospedale dei pazienti multiculturali.
- Funzione di controllo e gestione del flusso internazionale solvenza

**Cosa non può mancare**:

- Lingua Araba livello madrelingua o C2;
- Lingua Francese livello C1,
- Inglese e italiano livello B2,
- Laura triennale in Lingue e Mediazione Linguistica
- Esperienza mínima di mediazione linguistica
