We are looking for an HR Project Manager with a proven ability to manage and guide high-visibility projects with global scope. This individual will also support the HR team in the main HR processes, acting as a Business Partner.

**Responsibilities**
- Project Management & HRIS_
- Collaborate with HR team to determine and prioritize projects
- Lead the implementation of HR projects, in particular the launch of the new HRIS globally
- Master the current HR tools to guarantee full integration with the new HRIS
- Provide recommendations and consultation to improve projects/processes
- HRBP_
- Work closely with the HR team to enhance the Employee Journey (Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Review, Organization Management)
- Support the recruitment processes within regions and countries.
- Contribute to the talents development plan by managing global development projects.
- Support the budget process, HC and salary review.

**Position within the organization**:
The position reports to the Global HRD

**Relationships**:

- Local HR and business leaders within regions and countries
- HQ HR team
- Beauty Division HR team

**Scope**:

- Global: Headquarter,Europe,China,Apac,Americas and Middle East

**Profile**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- University Degree
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Project Manager / HR Generalist
- Familiar with HRIS, ideally has already led the implementation of a new tool
- Detail-oriented, organized, strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and programs
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills and facility for establishing relationships cross-functionally and cross-divisionally
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Tendency to be self-starting, proactive and independent
